AMIE: caring, beautiful, loving, trusting, and the best cook ever!
MARIE: greatest mom in the world!
NICOLE: caring, loving, strong, kind, honest
DR. MILLER: gentle, teaching, beautiful, kind, leader
What is one thing that your mom always said when you were growing up?
SHANNA: We would always as her were we were going and she would say, “crazy, you want to come?”
JODY: “Do to others as you would like others to do to you”
AMIE: She would tell me that she loved me every day.
NICOLE: “If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all”
MARIE: “If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all”
DR. MILLER: “Hard work never goes unnoticed”
If you could go anywhere in the world with your mom, where would you go and why?
SHANNA: Vegas!
JODY: Italy, France, because it is outside of Liberty County
AMIE: A beautiful beach where we could lay out and drink pretty little umbrella drinks all day
MARIE: Elvis Presley’s home – she loved him!
NICOLE: Wherever she wanted to go
DR. MILLER: My mom would be happy wherever our whole family was
What is something that your mom does/did that might surprise others (hidden talent)?
SHANNA: She has a chicken (Lucy) and ducks (Donald and Daisy)
JODY: be a great mom with out hesitation
AMIE: bookkeeping. She’s really good at balancing a check book. She even does it on the side sometimes.
MARIE: She was a talented ballet dancer in her youth.
NICOLE: She was a cheerleader in school and also did archery.
DR. MILLER: She used to win sewing competitions.
What is one thing that your mom did that you SWORE you would never do (that you now do)?
SHANNA: eat sauerkraut!
JODY: lick my finger to wipe something off my daughter’s face.
AMIE: I swore I would never wear a night gown, but they are so comfy.
MARIE: She drove the car at a snail’s pace. She always said that getting a speeding ticket was like tearing up money and throwing it out the window. Now i feel the same way!
NICOLE: Saturday morning cleanup!
DR. MILLER: Take lots of pictures.
What do you love most about your mom?
SHANNA: She’s always been there for me.
JODY: She’s very humble.
AMIE: She would do anything for me and my brother.
MARIE: She was kind and fair. She always treated others the way she would want to be treated.
NICOLE: She’s always there.
DR. MILLER: I love her dedication to our family. She’s the best mom in the world!
